Don’t Drink … Play!
If you enjoy having a a beverage every so often, leave your money at home if you set out to do your consuming in a casino. I am serious. Clean out your evening bag, your wallet, and keep all money, plastic credit and cheques back at the hotel. Take whatever cash you expect to spend on beverages, tipping and only the pocket change you anticipate to lose and leave the remainder behind.
Cynical? Not by any means. Just realistic. You may well have a win following a boozy night out with your buddies and be blessed enough to hit a marathon roll at a hot craps game. Hang on to that story because it is as brief as it gets if you always consume alcohol and wager. These activities simply don’t go well together.
Keeping your moola at home might be a little bit excessive, but defensive measures for drastic actions is a requirement. If you gamble to win, then don’t drink alcohol and gamble. If you like to blow your assets without a worry, then drink all the free booze your stomach can handle, but do not carry charge cards and checkbooks to throw into the mix of chasing losses after your drunk as a skunk head throws away every little thing!
Let me to carry this one step further. do not drink and then jump online to gamble in your favorite internet casino either. I love to beverage from the coziness of my abode, but because I am hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep plastic credit in close proximity, I can not drink and bet.
Why? Despite the fact that I do not consume alcohol a lot, once I drink alcohol, it is clearly sufficient to cloud my judgment. I bet, so I do not consume alcohol when gambling. If you are a drinker, do not bet at the same time. The two mix up for an awful, and crazy, drink.
